I have so much going on, personally and professionally. So I thought I’d lay them out here so you can keep up with me.

  • 3/21 Roof replacement (hope I can make my music louder than the noises over my head)
  • 3/21 Check status of homeowner’s insurance payment
  • 3/24 Murphy (youngest goldendoodle) to the vet for staple removal after surgery
  • 3/25 Check status of Healthy Paws insurance claim for Murphy
  • 3/26 Official signup for the April A to Z Blog Challenge
  • 3/29 Presentation at local Senior Center
  • 3/30 Prep newsletter for April 1
  • 3/20 Schedule April 1-15 posts for IB & FB
  • 3/31 Murphy to the vet for suture removal from emergency surgery this weekend
  • 3/30 Check status of tax refund
  • 3/31 Pay bills (they don’t pay themselves, darn it)
  • 4/1 April A to Z Blog Challenge starts – daily check of blogs I am following, reply to comments on my blog posts

In between all of this, I will continue to finish Mocha & Melodies, then move into edits. You can watch my progress in the sidebar of my home page. I will miss my target of getting it published this month but April is a FOR SURE!

Once it is complete, then I will move on to writing my next cozy mystery short read for the Holiday Corner series, Frozen Dough. If all goes well, that will be done by the end of June at the latest (but won’t go live until December).

From there, I will move on to my new standalone Halloween themed short story, Deadly Happenings, with a publication deadline of September 15th.

September-November are all booked with my European vacation. Any writing will only be done during the transatlantic cruise over and back. That will be on at least one of my new Snowflake Falls books, followups to An Elfing Mess.

Of course, in the middle of all this will be multiple medical appointments, trips to the movies, and other miscellaneous general stuff of daily life. Wish me luck!

  1. First and foremost I hope Murphy is doing well. It sounds like a treadmill would be going slower then your life right now. As much as I enjoy reading your work mabey it’s time to take time just for you. Relax, recline rejuvenate. 🫖🧁🍧🥡🛀 .😉🙂 Kat

    1. Well, we did board the dogs overnight last week and took a day for ourselves without having to worry about getting back home to them. Ran errands, had a nice meal, and went to the movies.
