Not a Whisper
J.L. Hopf: “What a great read. I didn’t see the end coming. Can’t wait until the next book is out. Fast paced, twists and turns and a little romance thrown in. WTG!!”
J. Hall: “This is an easy-reading story about the characters in a small community. It’s well written with clear development of the different characters. The writer makes it so believable that the reader is drawn into the daily life in this small town.”
Barely a Spark
G. White: “I just finished Barely a Spark, and it was one of those rare to find books you just don’t want to put it down. The book is a roller coaster ride, with an action packed story full of suspense and surprises. You have your small town characters with all the drama and humor that are such a delight to read. Great book, a great read.”
Anita T.: “I love these books! The mystery keeps you guessing, and there’s a nice twist at the end of this one. The characters are people I’d love to know, so it keeps my interest in their world. What a delight to read such well written and wholesome stories!”
Almost a Touch
Sharon A: “I love the small town settings, the believable characters, a little romance and surprise ending. I highly recommend this book and the previous books in the series. It is my personal belief that most everyone would enjoy this author’s writing style.”
Betty K.: “I have been anxiously waiting for book #3 of the Klondike Series, and wasn’t disappointed! You grabbed me at the first page, and I thoroughly enjoyed the adventure…..thanks for the ride!”
Interesting project good luck.
Thanks!
I’ll be reading you!
Thanks, I’ll be watching to see if you join in!
This sounds interesting, Donna. Just this morning I was reminded of a line about finding happiness in simplicity. Now I will be reading about it on your blog. Looking forward to it.
I am looking forward to reviving a few memories along the way.
Sounds great – I’m looking forward to your posts!
Thanks…and I just added a second one to my authorshutterbug.com site. Yup, a glutton for punishment. LOL!
Like you, it’s been a few years since I participated. I won’t be able to this year either as I get ready for my trip to Italy next month. Will try again next year. But I look forward to reading yours!
Can’t wait to hear about the trip and see your photos. We will have less than a week in Rome (a couple of days on either side of our Mediterranean cruise).
Hey Donna, good to see you’re back!
I like your theme and will make sure to check in!

Thanks, yours sounds like fun!
This sounds fun.
It will be interesting, for sure. At least for me….LOL!
I love that you turned it into a free newsletter read. I plan to do something similar next year, but didn’t have time with my last minute jump on for this year. Looking forward to your 2023 challenge posts
Thanks, it was my first reader magnet before I wrote any short stories for that. I think we will enjoy each others posts this year.
I look forward to this! I haven’t participated in ages…so hoping to stay on track
It’s been a while for me, too. This time around I opted for quick & easy posts. Good luck!
This is wonderful. I look forward to connecting for A to Z
Same here!
Maybe next to Z a bunch of us can get together and so short flash fiction pieces on the same daily image. (I am trying to be a planner) – looking forward to visiting your blog
I used to do this with several blogs that shared images, it was always fun. Now I’m busy writing books so kind of dropped out of them. It could be fun to do one or two a month.
Oh this looks great! I am looking forward to seeing what you post all month.

Good luck with this one, Donna. I hope the health problems have eased. I’m glad I started preparing mine early as I’ve got hand problems now. 🙁
Have a good April
Jemima
I’ve kept mine short and they’re all scheduled. Yay!
