Our first dusting of snow, Nov 12 2019

We have been busy prepping all our vehicles (Freightliner truck, RV including our generator, pickup, car, motorcycle, lawn mower, lawn tractor, zero-turn mower) for winter. Having spent the month of October in Maryland, we weren’t prepared for the quick onset of below freezing weather. I am fortunate to have a mechanically inclined husband. In addition he got to spend a week working on various suspension issue on our car (Jeep) after noticing a growling sound.

Our two Goldendoodles love playing in the snow – in fact, they love the cooler weather and have been spending hours in the back yard.

All our RV clothes are now stored in totes for the winter and the fifth wheel is safely stored inside hubby’s new hobby barn (The Backend of Nowhere Garage).

So have I been writing? Not so much – other than articles for Medium. I’ve had several accepted by other publications. Note: You can read up to three articles for free each month but there is so much great content, you might want to consider being a paying member for only $50 a year/unlimited reading.

I have been busy working on various promotions for the upcoming holidays as well. My books are in several ones that are open right now as well as the upcoming Black Friday sales. Remember, the best way to stay updated is to subscribe to my newsletter! Oh, and don’t forget to enter my November giveaway. It’s the last one for this year!

Here are the current promotions – lots of great books and giveaways!

I hope to get back to working on my two current books: Always on Duty (prequel to the Klondike Mysteries) and Paradise Dream (book four in the C’Mon Inn Mysteries). I had hoped to have both done by the end of this year but life seems to keep getting in the way. I have some medical issues that have slowed me down, toss in the holidays, travel, vacations, and the always dreaded taxes….yeah, looks more like early spring if I’m lucky. Thank you for hanging in there!
