We got home from our cruise late Sunday and it’s been a ZOO ever since. SO much to get done. New book launch means a ton of author takeovers and even a podcast interview.
The cruise was great, I didn’t get off having been to all the ports multiple times, but I did finish the first draft of Ventis & Victims. Since arriving home, the first edit is done and I’m working on the second. I still hope to get it out before the end of the year. Keep your fingers crossed! Oh, and I still need to sort through hundreds of photos and videos from the trip.
Saturday is hubby’s birthday and we plan to celebrate tomorrow with a movie night. We’ll try to see the new Avatar but if it’s too busy, we’ll choose something else.
My goals for next year are aggressive – three Snowflake Falls stories, one Holiday Corner, and one standalone for Halloween. Once those are done, book two in the Red Line Coffee mysteries will fire up. Yikes!
In the meantime, we go cruising again on January 6th, out of New Orleans this time. Two weeks and I plan to tackle my Halloween standalone. It will be a short story and a fun write. Then back home, it’ll be tax time…ARGH!!!! Oh well, death & taxes. Right?
Thank you.
