Thought I’d try an avatar from Facebook in place of my BitStrip avatar. What do you think? I think it’s cute but I do believe my Bitstrip avatars look more like me. LOL!

It’s been a frustrating week, mostly due to computer issues. While I do love my new Mac mini M1, it’s got its quirks. But I’m back up and running now, and yes, running behind. Again. Oh well, life is too short to worry about the little stuff, right? (I keep telling myself that.)

I did get some things accomplished before the defugalties. I have updated the digital versions of all my Klondike books, cleaning up a few typos, and dressing up the chapter headers and scene breaks. If you ever downloaded it from Amazon, it’s time to update it. You should be able to do that from your Manage My Content & Devices page. Just search for the book name (or easier, use Klondike as the search word) and you should see something like this. Click the Update Available…and off you go!

If you don’t see Update Available, just check the box and have it redeliver the book to your device(s) of choice. I tested this on mine and it worked fine. Here’s the opening to Barely a Spark, book 2 in the Klondike series. I really like having a little graphic as a chapter header. Don’t you?

These have all been updated (in series order): Just a Stranger, Not a Whisper, Barely a Spark, Always on Duty, Almost a Touch.

By the way, if you ever tried to download Just a Stranger and got Roasts & Rumors instead, my apologies! The link is fixed and you can download it for free!!

Lost and Found as well as Home Again, my sweet romance stories, have also been updated.

Next, I will tackle the C’Mon Inn series, updating and prettying up their chapter headings and scene breaks, as well as any little issues that have been reported. You will be able to get the updates in the same manner (hopefully by using C’Mon Inn as the search words…).

Once I get the last of the books updated (and those not in KindleUnlimited also made available for sale in other outlets, AND all the C’Mon Inn books available in print), it will be time to tackle taxes. Of course, this week has several appointments, just to keep me jumping. LOL! Hoping you have a great week…now I’m headed back to formatting. Ciao!

  1. If you continue to have issues with your Mac mini M1, check with Jim Guld with the GEEKS ON TOUR. He just got the Mac mini M1 and was bragging about it yesterday.
