It’s time to take a break from social media. Trying to make daily posts on Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, my Facebook page, and my Facebook author group has started to take over more time than I ever expected.

So, for now, I will no longer do daily posts anywhere except TikTok and my Facebook author group, the Hoot Troop. My TikTok videos will be shared as reels in Instagram but may not be daily. Time will tell.

I need to write almost every day in August in order to complete the first drafts of my two current works-in-progress. It makes no sense to share to hundreds of followers to have the social media app only share to 20-30 people. No longer worth the time I am spending.

This is a good thing – you will have two new books to read this year and possibly more. So for now, it’s BIC-HOK-TAM time. (Butt in Chair – Hands on Keyboard – Typing away Madly)
